Paula Waggoner-Aguilar has 21+ years experience working for and serving on boards. She was 28 years old when she first began presenting financials to corporate boards while working as the Interim CFO for one of Enron International's international joint ventures with Shell in Brazil. For most of her corporate career, she was the youngest person and only woman in the board room.
Paula has dedicated more than 25+ years helping companies commercialize, startup, grow, change, and turnaround their investments in oil and gas, energy services, utilities, technology, and manufacturing. She started her career in the 1990’s working in Latin America and has since worked in leadership roles for several Fortune Global 500 companies including Buckeye Partners, BHP Billiton, GDF Suez, Duke Energy, Enron International, Halliburton, and Lewis Energy Group (at the time it was one of the largest private companies in the nation). Over the last decade, Paula has worked as an Outsourced CFO and/or CFO Advisor to 15+ companies.
